I've been a Marvel comics fan since I was about 5 years old. At the turn of the century my dreams of high quality high budget Marvel Films came true. There have been some Blockbusters and there have been some major flops, at least in the opinion of the major fans. But it seems that no matter how awesome or horrendous, Marvel films have made a huge impact on Hollywood and film goers across the globe. From rejuvenating icons to rejuvenating fallen film stars, Marvel films have taken over.
The last three years of Marvel films have been a fan boy's wet dream. From awesome story telling, to long awaited cross overs. With the upcoming THOR and CAPTAIN AMERICA films a long awaited story will come full circle as we ready for 2012's THE AVENGERS starring Robert Downey Jr. as IRON MAN (Tony Stark), Chris Hemsworth as THOR, Chris Evans as CAPTAIN AMERICA, Mark Ruffalo as HULK (Bruce Banner), and Jeremy Renner as HAWKEYE..... I am literally gnawing the floor boards in anticipation.
